Can I ship my order to an international location?

No, currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. What shipping options are available at Jewelry items are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. within 14 business days from the day the order was received. You may return the jewelry item in unworn, original condition. No refunds for jewelry which has been worn, altered or damaged. Shipping and sizing charges are non-refundable. You must contact us immediately after you have received your package to notify us of any problem regarding the condition of the piece, such as damage. If you have not contacted us within 3 business days after receiving your item, we will assume that any damage was caused by you. We take the most utmost care to package our shipments and to make sure that our jewelry is in the best condition possible. Any item you wish to return must be within 14 business days from the date the item was received and in the same condition it was sent to you. Please call 415-355-0068 to arrange for your return. You must ship the package to us registered and insured through UPS or USPS, fully insured for the sale price of the item, packed safely and securely. Once the item Is received by us, we will examine the condition of the item and issue a refund, less any Shipping and sizing charges, within 3 business days of receipt. Unless otherwise stated, all gemstones are graded and evaluated in their mountings to the maximum extent the mounting permits examination. Approximate weights are formulated by taking measurements and applying acceptable formulas to come up with the stated estimates. Determination of color, clarity and size may be prevented by certain types of mountings. We try our best to give the best estimates possible based on GIA (Gemeological Institute of America) accepted formulas and grading scale. Authencity and antiquity are determined to the best of our ability, based on materials incorporated, methods of manufacture, design, hallmarks or signatures, if any.
